MRAM is a tool used by Institutional Investors to make Tactical (TAA) and Strategic (SAA) Asset Allocation decisions. Published monthly 5 page Market Risk Analysis ´news letter´, for GE which became - weekly subscription service generating significant 6 figure revenue. * Developed new applications for F. Martin Koenig Advisor´s Portfolio Managers Stock sellection Matrix (MATRIX) for portfolio- construction, management, deconstruction, performance attribution and ERISA consulting uses. Adapted MATRIX to manage 4 Style-Diversified- Market-Neutral, Small-Cap, Portable Alpha and other ´Alternative´ Investment strategies. * Founded Performance Enhancement Technologies, Ltd. (PENTEQ) a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Asset Management firm, utilizing MRAM and MATRIX to Consult with, and assist, Institutional and (very) High Net Worth investors, and Manage Tactical Asset Allocation and ´Alternative´ (Long/Short, Market-Neutral, Portable-Alpha) Investment portfolios for them. Secured initial and long-term financing for start-up and continuing operations and expansion. Did all the Sales and Marketing to the Institutional and ERISA market. Performed all legal, compliance, accounting and performance analysis reporting. Did all client/consultant relations and customer service.
