Program Club Coordinator Customer Service, well presented, professional individual to be the day-to-day contact with the hotel in all areas (reservations, banqueting, sales, and marketing, concierge, and restaurant and outlet managers) to maintain good relationship and communication. Initiative needs to be taken when possible meet and greet the members at the hotel to provide extra recognition and positive reinforcement about their purchase. Proactively and professionally handle complaints. Complete weekly members’ feedback report to the hotel
