Helpdesk Support-Telecommunication for Bahrain VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India. VAM SYSTEMS currently looking for Helpdesk Support-Telecommunication for our Bahrain operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skills Set required: • To perform 1st level of IT Support • Logging, follow up, escalation and reporting of IT incidents to line Manager • Installation, configuration of all types of Phone sets and it’s features • Installation of networking hardware in line with the standards of the company • Administration of IP PABX and Legacy PABX • Performing IT Production activities, including periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, …) tasks • Monitoring of all network infrastructure equipment. • Regular interaction with the Head of Team. • Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, desktop applications and troubleshooting • Self-dependent, creative, pro-active and welling to learn • Technical knowledge in PC’s and network Infrastructure • Knowledge of TCP/IP and Ethernet networks • Team player, willing to share knowledge and assist other team members as required • Experience in Cisco IP Phones and Legacy type of phones • Experience in Call Manager, Call recording software and Monitoring of network equipments • Knowledge of Cisco routers, switches and Nokia firewall • Expertise with Office work management tools such as Visio, Excel, Word, etc… Experience required: 2years. Domain: Bank. Terms and conditions: Joining time frame : 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks) The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading Bank in Bahrain.
