Doctors/Nurses Needed Doctor / Physician The Physicians, or medical doctors (MDs) suitable for this job must have at least 3 working years of experience and he or she is going to be involve in diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and other disorders. MDS work to promote good health and prevent illness. He or she often supervise other health-care workers, such as physician assistants, nurses, and technicians. Pharmacist: Hospital pharmacists are required to dispense medicines according to the doctor's prescription and provide the patient with expert knowledge in terms of use and safety of the medicine. They work to ensure that the best treatment option has been chosen, working with health care professionals to create the most effective treatment. The hospital pharmacist must work with the physicians and nurses and any other health care professional involved with the patient care to create the drug treatment. Then the pharmacist must counsel and educate the patients on the effect, dosage and administration. Monitoring the side effects and any interactions is also necessary in case a new or alternative drug treatment has to be prescribed.
