Project Manager / Resident Engineer British Engineering Consultancy providing resident engineering, construction management & project management services is seeking experienced candidates to work on multi-million USD$ high-rise, 5* hotel and mixed-use building developments. You will provide direction & management of site based supervision teams on large-scale fast track projects. Ensuring timely and quality resolutions to all site/construction issues in accordance with contractual obligations. The project manager will be responsible for the management of the site resident staff, Client and liaison with head office including commercial performance of the project to meet project goals & objectives. The successful candidate will come from a structural, or civil engineering background. You will be degree qualified with experience in another engineer, developer, or project management consultancy.
