Project Manager >Prospective Candidate should be a Degree holder in Civil Engineering with at least 15 plus to 23 years experince. >Hands-On project management experience for high-rise/ multistoreyed building construction projects >Minimum of which 7 years experience preferably in a leadership and driving managerial position, preferably with a project management company or contractors. > Accountable and responsible for TOTAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL i.e. project planning, quality assurance & control, technical support, liaison with clients and consultants and government bodies. > A seasoned/PROFOUND Decision maker and possessing ability to lead/resolve issues independently taking TEAM in confidence. > The Candidates falling short on certain counts, may be communicated for certain other openings in future; if any; anywherhe in the world to seek CONSENT. > ONLY A SEASONED, MATURED, INDEPENDENT DECISION MAKER WITH DESIRED BUSINESS ACUMEN FOR THE POSITION WILL BE RESPONDED TO.
