Principal Investment Officer Principal - Investment Department – Property Consultancy, Bahrain BD600– BD 1800 dependent upon experience We are proud to recruit for this privately owned developer and investment house. Based in Manama, they are a well respected organisation with an impressive portfolio. They currently have a need for a Principal Investment Officer to work from their Manama office. Your role is a key position in the business, it is your responsibility to ensure that land purchases, developments and investments are feasible, profitable and legal. Reporting to Management, you will be responsible for conducting market research, compiling research and feasibility studies, looking at return on investment and ensuring clients’ investments are properly managed. The salary will be totally dependent upon your experience, ideally you will have 4 – 6 years experience in a similar role and a BSC and MBA. Preference will be given to Bahraini nationals however applications from across the GCC will be given serious consideration.
