manager-SCADA Services& Networking Support Job Title: Manager - SCADA Services & Network Support "Minimum Educational Requirements:" "Bachelor / Master degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. "Experience: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). The candidate must have10 years experience in development of Software Applications, Web Technologies, Information Technology and Network. Project Management and Interpersonal Skills. Management of multiple tasks. The candidate shall be able to manage and control activities related to SCADA Services & Network Support section to ensure delivering a high quality of SCADA Services & E-Services solutions and to ensure reliability, efficiency, security and availability of the SCADA and office networks. The candidate shall be able to manage the following activities: - Manage and ensure quality of all SCADA Services & Network Support section related works and ensure that work is completed on time. Manage the SCADA Services and Network Support teams. - Evaluate section's workload and prepare an effective plan to ensure an optimal use of resources. Provide suggestions to enhance the quality and the efficiency of the section. - Assist Deputy Senior Manager - SCADA System Applications to prepare the yearly budgets & Manpower Requirement based on Master Schedule. Prepare progress reports, annual reports, KPIs. - Participate in any new SCADA projects. Review and provide comments on SCADA E-Services and Networks contracts and tenders specifications. - Manage and ensure that processes and ISO standards and procedures are maintained and followed in a consistent manner. - Plan and implement the strategy, cost reduction initiatives and activities in alignment with business strategy and department objectives. - Follow up continuous team improvement on practical skills and theoretical knowledge. All these roles will be based in the UAE
