VAMSYSTEMS currently looking for Business Support - Front-office FX, MM, Fixed Income Product for our Bahrain operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skill Set required: - This is a client-facing role requiring in-depth knowledge of treasury products primarily Foreign Exchange and additionally Fixed Income and Money Market, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - The role will be to understand the client needs and respond back promptly to queries raised or issues reported by clients. This would require the candidate to have in-depth understanding of treasury concepts and products, and will also need to analyze root cause of the problems reported. - Business support person is a primary interface for the clients and will need to manage, through the appropriate tools and liaison with different team, the completion of assigned tasks in line with expected completion dates. - Business Support is managed on 24x7 basis therefore the candidate should be willing to work in shifts. The candidate will also be actively involved in testing the application for new release and sales support, including preparing and delivering product demonstrations to prospective clients. Fluency in English is a must, and so is the ability to clearly and succinctly relate the client’s requirements to the development teams. High level of proficiency in MS excel is a must. Domain : Banking Experience required: minimum 3 yrs. Terms and conditions: Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 4weeks) The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS - Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading banks in Bahrain.
