Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant

Main Responsibilities:
*Provide high quality secretarial and administrative services and support to Senior Management
*Prepare correspondence independently or based on brief notes,
*Prepare reports, materials for publications and presentations.
*Perform all administrative functions necessary to maintain the operation of the Executive management Office, including all support services.
*Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
*Perform routine clerical duties.
*Maintain filing system.
*Prepare and type statistical reports, letters, memos, proposals, legal documents, ordinances, directives and related materials.
*Supervise other Executive Management/temporary/permanent secretarial staff as and when needed.


Qualification:
BSc in office Management or equivalent secretarial qualifications
2-3 years experience as an Executive Secretary, or in secretarial and administrative field supported by sound knowledge of office procedures and systems.
Fluency in English language.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fully conversant with PC application, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
