VAMSYSTEMS is currently looking for Help Desk Analysts for our Bahrain operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skill Set required: Strong experience in receiving telephone calls, logging incidents, attempting to provide 1st line support and assigning incidents to 2nd line support, Banking experience will be an added advantage. Domain : Banking Experience Required: 2 - 3 years. Terms and conditions: Joining time frame: Maximum 4 weeks The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading banks in Bahrain.
