Financial Analyst - Bahrain

Responsibilities

- Control the accounting and finance function to ensure compliance with company policies, local statutory reporting, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly management financial reports.
- Prepare reports and analysis to the Finance Manager in accordance with company requirements.
- Serve as local point of contact on financial issues.
- Liaise with external and internal advisers, consultants, auditors and regulators on business planning and compliance issues.
- Support finance personnel to provide an efficient participation in the business and contributing to the management of capital.
- Coordinate the financial and business plans preparation and presentation, under the direction of the Finance Manager.
- Perform any other duties and assignments as assigned by direct manager.

Education/Experience

- Chartered Accountant + Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 5-7 years post qualification experience.

Skills Requirement

- Strong foundation in accounting and financial principles and practices.
- Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion software would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and people skills with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work and adapt to a fast paced and multicultural environment.
