Senior Electrical Site Engineer Responsible for: The duties shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following:  Direction of Engineers and Inspectors to Supervise the Works to ensure that they are executed to the requirements of the Drawings, Specifications and required quality standards.  Overseeing the necessary inspection regime of materials, and installed services as required by the contract. Manage the supervision of necessary tests carried out on or off the site as per the contract.  Where required inspect materials / contractors facilities off the site, whether inside or outside the territory.  Overseeing the approval of contractors risk assessments, method statements and shop drawings.  Co-operate closely with Contractors and other consultants in matters of safety and promote a health and safety culture within their project team.  Undertake adequate risk assessments for the site activities of WSP personnel under their control.  Ensure records are maintained detailing the history of work carried out at site.  Attend main Project Meetings and liaise at the highest level with all other consultants, the project managers and the Clients Representatives. Communicate risk and concerns.  Prepare and issue correspondence, weekly and monthly reports.  Co-ordinate design issues with the design team and co-ordinate local authority approvals.  Support, encourage, motivate and manage the personal welfare of the WSP personnel under their control.  Other tasks as instructed by Directors / Associate
