Sales Manager

We are looking for Sales Manager to be responsible for Sales to EPC/Utility/Oil & Gas Sector.The Main purpose of this position is as the sales head, the primary objective is being responsible for achieving annual sales targets and ensuring committed contribution levels. In addition,
• Be able to identify opportunities and capable of managing the bidding process with a clear financial modeling of costing and risk assessment.
• Be able to negotiate and close contracts, using comfortable contract closure methodologies with customer and supplier base.
• Expansion of the Business Potential of the group through understand the business dynamics, customer needs and partnering with the Principals.

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Job Responsibilities
• Responsible to manage, supervise and handle all sales and services activities of the unit.
• Responsible for all the certification, training and administrative functions of the unit.
• Responsible for providing information with regards to annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, sales reporting, payment collection and inventory control.
• Responsible for quality management for all the services and products delivered.
• Responsible for maintaining good customer relationship.
• Responsible for business development
• Responsible for interacting with the Principals with regards to matters related to product delivery.

• Order Negotiation and Management
• Customer relation Management

Skills
• Self-starter, go-getter, object oriented and positive attitude is must
• The Industrial Systems Business is involved in sales & marketing of Instrumentation & Process Control and Pumping Station Projects, Water Transmission projects, Oil and Gas, as well as Sewage Treatment Plants and other such turnkey projects.
• High level of Technical and Analytical skill on Field Instrumentation and Pumping Station Applications. Good sense of business and keen developer of business relationship with key clients.
• The incumbent should be able to take Annual Sales target responsibility of the Industrial Systems business, in Bahrain and future expansion in Qatar and Middle East.
• Strong sales orientation with a proven, demonstrable track record of having won significant projects in Industrial Environment with End Users, EPC contractors and Government Establishments and executing them.
• Strong leadership qualities and good negotiation skills and the ability to interact with Senior Management levels in the customer base.
• An ability to understand emerging trends in the market and technologies and to be able to respond proactively.
• Understanding of the Projects cost analysis, Risk Analysis and mitigation.
• An ability to accept responsibility and accountability

Experience
• 5-10 years’ experience in managing successfully industrial Establishments, EPC contractors, utility (Water distribution and Treatments), Oil and gas and Infrastructure sector in Sales and Business Development function.
• Well experienced in managing large accounts, Industrial Establishments and Government Works for their Projects and Product requirements from concept to commissioning.
