Head Chef – Members Club We are currently handling an assignment on behalf of a prestigious establishment in Bahrain that has multiple F&B outlets. They have a need for a Head Chef with experience of working within a members club and with excellent interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen function, food preparation as well as interacting with guests and hosting banquets and outside catering functions. This is a very busy club, therefore we need a Head Chef who can handle multiple tasks, prioritise and work under pressure. You must be highly professional and be able to handle stressful situations. You must have at least 2 years experience as a Senior Sous Chef within fast paced, high volume fine dining restaurants. You must be customer focussed and be able to handle food preparation in large quantities. Excellent management skills are essential as well as knowledge of various cooking styles.
