Head of Private Equity, Bahrain Ref: RT-04 Head of Private Equity, Bahrain Our client, a Middle East based commercial Islamic investment bank based in Bahrain with core business lines being Private Equity, Asset Management and Corporate Finance is actively recruiting for an experienced Head of Private Equity to join their Senior Management Team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Investment Officer and will be responsible to undertake full investment cycle covering deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring, post-acquisition monitoring and exit of private equity investment. Responsibilities: • Carry out financial and valuation analysis for all types of private equity. • Evaluate and execute transactions in the upstream and downstream value chain. • Develop a wide variety of analysis to facilitate financing and investment decisions. • Sourcing, originating, structuring and executing a diverse range of investment transactions. • Analyze and execute transactions and take a lead role in the production of related analysis and documentation. Requirements: • Strong background in Islamic Banking. • Must be MBA in Finance and/or CFA, ACA or equivalent. • Over 10 years of managerial experience in private equity at a leading financial institution in the GCC.
